Rules of The Boat 

The initial contact person will act as group leader, All other persons are his/her guest. The group leader will assure all members of his/her party comply with the rules of the boat and assume responsibility for their actions and his/her own. The captain is not responsible for the actions of others. 

All persons shall obey the instructions of the captain.

All persons must have a valid Ohio Fishing License.

All persons shall remain in the boat at all times. No swimming, diving or leaving the boat for any purpose. 

All persons shall remain seated or "if standing with a hand hold" when the boat is traveling at speed. No moving about the boat while at speed.

All guests under the age of 10 must wear a life vest at all times.

All persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by parent or guardian or have written permission for the initial contact person to act as guardian.

The consumption of alcohol is limited to beer in moderation. No hard liquors or wine. No underage drinking of any sort. No Glass containers.

No drugs, Firearms or illegal substance of any sort permitted on the boat.

No tabs, cans or trash of any sort to be discarded into the lake. All trash is to remain onboard.

The captain may terminate the charter at any time for noncompliance of rules of the boat. In such cases the charter is deemed complete.
